Key Responsibilities

  • •Review claims promptly and establish initial and subsequent contact with all parties and key stakeholders.
  • •Provide quality customer service, ensure file quality, and perform timely coverage analysis based on policy information and case facts/allegations.
  • •Communicate effectively with insureds and insured general counsel, and support resolution of insurance-related issues with insurers and clients.
  • •Support recovery accounting for complex claims, handle recovery claims, and initialize payment of compensation where applicable.
  • •Identify risk areas, assess risk impact, escalate issues to team manager/business leader as needed, and seek process improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Functional knowledge of claims management process, market knowledge, and the legal/regulatory environment.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office.
  • •Very high attention to detail with strong numerical skills and ability to analyze data for accuracy.
  • •Strong ability to identify and respond to risks and think creatively.
  • •German (at least C1) and English (at least B2+) for client-focused communication.
