Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • •Utilize properly qualified subcontractors, award subcontracts, and manage subcontractor execution.
  • •Financially manage project cash flow, monthly forecasted cost/revenue, forecasted cost at completion, expense monitoring, collections support, and backlog reviews.
  • •Collaborate with technicians to establish project tasks, communicate project progress, and review plans/specifications and control submittals.
  • •Lead project administration, including awareness of contract content/language, validating project scope/cost/schedule, ensuring compliance, managing documentation, and enforcing project safety guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with contracting processes for the installation of building automation systems and managing subcontractors (preferred).
  • •Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management (a plus).
  • •Without a 4-year degree, practical experience and relevant skills aligned with leadership principles are encouraged.
  • •Average financial and business acumen with a background in construction processes.
  • •Must possess a valid driver's license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/carless driving, or multiple smaller infractions) in the previous 3 years.
