Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of assigned construction scopes for data hall fit-outs, office area blocks, and external utility yards, ensuring alignment with technical drawings and specifications.
  • •Review and process RFIs and material submittals, coordinating with designers, QPs, and contractors to resolve technical questions and avoid site delays.
  • •Conduct daily site inspections to confirm contractor progress, identify trade conflicts, and ensure work matches approved drawings.
  • •Lead regular progress meetings and trade coordination sessions, clearing blockers and holding contractors accountable for their tasks.
  • •Write detailed weekly and monthly progress reports, tracking KPIs, schedule health, and open site issues; verify contractor submittals meet local regulatory standards (e.g., Singapore Standards).

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 8 years of construction project management experience, with at least 2 to 3 years on data centres or high-tech facilities.
  • •Solid knowledge of architectural finishes, structural containment paths, fibre routing, and core mechanical and electrical installations.
  • •Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trade dependencies, and handovers for data centre fit-out activities.
  • •Hands-on experience using Procore workflows, updating task lists in Smartsheet, and reviewing design files and models in ACC.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building, or Construction Management; PMP training or certification is an advantage.
