Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive technical architecture for QualityOS, making decisions on system design, scalability patterns, integration strategies, and platform vs. build tradeoffs that shape team execution
  • •Architect and implement complex distributed systems, building mission-critical services and tooling for safe, fast delivery across manufacturing quality workflows
  • •Lead by example with engineering excellence through testing, deployment safety, infrastructure as code, observability, and operational rigor
  • •Bridge product and platform teams to shape shared infrastructure and drive adoption of platform capabilities
  • •Represent the quality domain technically and collaborate with architecture, security, operations, and infrastructure teams to influence broader technical decisions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 330,000 annually

  • •12+ years of software engineering experience in fast-paced environments
  • •Proven ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams and lead architectural initiatives
