Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to public and private sector clients.
  • •Lead and manage end-to-end procurement services on major projects or programmes.
  • •Lead and support the development of the procurement services provided by Turner & Townsend.
  • •Lead and develop a team to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
  • •Manage client relationships and related commission outputs and deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in regulated procurement (Public Contract Regulations 2015) and awareness of related policy changes
  • •Experience leading strategic major procurement projects or programmes for public and private sector clients
  • •Strong background in tender preparation, development and management, including negotiation
  • •Experience in commission, client relationship management and people management
  • •Experience with various contract forms (NEC, JCT) and cross-sector public procurement background; MCIPs accreditation is desirable
