Job Summary

Own change delivery support for a portfolio by leading project planning, defining scope and obstacles, and coordinating milestones, teams, and schedules. Prepare business cases and project artifacts, gather and analyze data to form recommendations, and track/report project status to leadership and enterprise teams. Create process maps for strategic changes, including associated risks and controls, and intake new project requests while coordinating workstreams and stakeholders.

•Prepare and maintain project materials and artifacts such as business cases, prioritization, project plans/task lists, business readiness materials, and post-project follow-up.
