Job Summary

Partner with Business/GTM people managers to drive org design, talent strategy, and leadership effectiveness. Act as a trusted advisor across the employee lifecycle, leading performance management processes and coaching senior ICs and managers. Use people analytics (attrition, time off, eNPS) to inform workforce planning and interventions, manage sensitive employee relations, and collaborate with Total Rewards and COEs to align programs for Engineering and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Engineering and Product managers as a strategic thought partner for team effectiveness, talent planning, and organizational growth.
•Localize and implement cohort-level people strategies (performance calibration, workforce planning, org design changes).
•Lead performance management for assigned teams, including PEP, talent reviews, and promotion calibration; provide developmental feedback and coaching.
•Analyze people metrics (attrition, time off usage, eNPS) and use insights to influence actions and resolve misalignment constructively.
•Provide high-touch coaching to ICs and leads, champion engagement and retention initiatives, and manage sensitive employee relations and investigations.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
•Strong experience supporting Global Sales, GTM, or Tech functions in SaaS or IT Product companies.

•Structured problem-solving using first-principles thinking to address complex people and org challenges.
•Demonstrated collaboration, conflict management, integrity, and tailored communication across cross-functional partners.
