Key Responsibilities

  • •Load and unload materials on the powder coat line.
  • •Operate the powder coat booth and apply powder to parts per customer specifications.
  • •Maintain expected workflow and production progress and communicate issues as needed.
  • •Perform quality checks, including visual inspections, measurement, identifying nonconforming parts, and troubleshooting errors.
  • •Identify process improvement opportunities and complete root cause analysis for quality or production issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.11 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
  • •Set up and operate the powder coat line using travel documents, blueprints, and verbal or written instructions
  • •Perform quality checks including visual inspection and measuring parts with tape measures and/or calipers
  • •Follow safety policies and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE), and perform 5S duties
  • •Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as business needs require
