Lead the engineering team for the Duo Chat experience, shaping core AI capabilities that help customers work faster and more securely across the DevSecOps lifecycle. Manage frontend, backend, and AI engineers to deliver roadmap commitments, partnering with product and UX to define requirements and improve answer quality. Drive technical execution and architecture for AI agents at scale, strengthening testing, performance, observability, and production reliability.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a team of frontend, backend, and AI engineers to deliver Duo Chat roadmap commitments across the DevSecOps lifecycle.
•Partner with product and UX teams to define requirements and deliver AI features that address customer needs and improve answer quality.
•Participate in technical architecture and development work for systems running AI agents at scale, focusing on reliability, performance, and maintainability.
•Guide day-to-day execution by setting direction, tracking milestones, and removing blockers to keep delivery on schedule.
•Coach engineers through feedback and development conversations, promoting an inclusive team culture and improving quality, testing, and performance practices.
