Counsel – Settlement Team

Lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlement matters from initial negotiations through final claim resolution and program closure. Negotiate and draft settlement documents, develop settlement structures and eligibility criteria, and ensure settlements meet legal requirements. Oversee settlement implementation and claims administration while managing teams supporting claim qualification and categorization, performing data analysis, and resolving claimant disputes or appeals.
