Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as an operational first point of contact and deliver agreed service tasks for customers (tenants and property owners).
  • •Manage inbound/outbound logistics and propose ways of working.
  • •Execute campus service operational tasks including waste management with minimal environmental impact, glass wash and consumables delivery, lab coats/clothes delivery, and cleaning of workspace and lab equipment.
  • •Deliver tasks within the scope of pipette calibration and maintain machines and instruments within scope.
  • •Follow all health, security, and environmental requirements and support continuous improvement using LEAN principles while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum completed Swedish gymnasium diploma.
  • •Proficient in Swedish (written/spoken) and able to speak and write Swedish and English without hindrance.
  • •Medium level of English (written/spoken).
  • •Service-minded with strong communication and cooperation skills across organizational levels.
  • •Ability to work physically as needed and follow safety, health, security, and environment demands.
