Key Responsibilities

•AI Discovery & Solutioning: Understand clients’ AI strategies and Banking challenges; translate financial workflows into AI solutions that drive measurable ROI.
•Pre- and Post-Sales Execution: Drive the customer lifecycle; lead technical discovery and capability demonstrations during expansion; guide implementation post-sale to ensure adoption thresholds.
•Hackathons & Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes in client hackathons addressing Settlements, Reconciliations, and Payments.
•Agentic Process Transformation: Help enterprises move from rule-based automation to autonomous AI agents in banking processes like Trade Ops and Complaints Management.
•Proof Projects: Lead end-to-end Proof-of-Value efforts; architect secure, scalable LLM/agent systems integrating with SAP Banking, Salesforce FINS, etc.

Key Requirements

•5+ years leading technical pre-sales and post-sales engagements in Banking or Financial Services, including building ROI business cases and guiding technical implementations.
•Strong Domain Knowledge of banking value chain across Lending & Onboarding, Capital Markets, and Support & Governance.
•Expertise in Generative AI techniques including RAG, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration.
•Technical fluency with Python and ML/Data libraries (pandas, LangChain) and SQL for large transactional datasets.
•Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s in Finance, CS, Economics, or Mathematics preferred.
