Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership and manage small to medium SEA retail store construction projects from inception to completion, including enhancements, fixture drops, and rollouts.
  • •Assist managers in delivering large-scale projects across direct and wholesale retail and distributor operator markets globally.
  • •Attend landlord/property owner meetings to understand site conditions, fit-out requirements, local codes, timelines, and approvals.
  • •Develop critical paths and timelines in Microsoft Project, forecast and manage project budgets, and run contractor/vendor tendering and bidding.
  • •Review fit-out and fixture shop drawings, coordinate millwork deliveries, produce weekly status reports, conduct site inspections, and deliver punch lists and post-occupancy evaluations.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of retail construction experience.
  • •3–5 years of experience in retail construction and fit-out management, including retail projects/store opening experience.
  • •Extensive knowledge of CAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • •Strong organization, analytical and decisive judgment with multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; ideally language skills in English and Mandarin.
