Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high customer service and uphold Fitness First brand standards on the gym floor.
  • •Engage with members to deliver fitness and motivational support, providing safe exercise instruction and corrections.
  • •Deliver high-quality personal training programs and unrivalled session delivery and support to clients.
  • •Complete ongoing training, certification, and CPD requirements, including My Zone knowledge and belt usage.
  • •Perform administrative tasks such as goal setting, daily updates to the Fitness Enterprise System, session documentation, and KPI delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education – A level or equivalent.
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or equivalent, or working towards (enrolled).
  • •Complete certification for MY ZONE, 6D and RISE training via the Fitness First Education Academy.
  • •In-depth knowledge of My Zone, including using the belt at least 12 times monthly.
  • •Maintain REPs certification by completing 10 CPD points per year.
