Job Summary

Design, configure, and implement SAP Event Management (SAP EM) to provide real-time visibility into business processes. Configure expected/unexpected events and event processors to automate alerts and actions, manage rule sets and web interface functionality, and integrate SAP EM with other SAP modules (SAP S/4HANA, TM, WM, GTS) and external systems using RFCs, IDocs, and XML/PI. Support troubleshooting, documentation, and functional specs, plus data mapping and migration with data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, configure, and implement SAP EM solutions to track and monitor business processes.
•Configure expected events, unexpected events, and event processors to automate alerts and actions.
•Integrate SAP EM with other SAP modules (SAP S/4HANA, TM, WM, GTS) and external non-SAP systems using RFCs, IDOCs, and XML/PI.
•Develop and manage event handlers, rule sets, and web interface functionalities.
•Perform data mapping and migration and provide functional/technical support with troubleshooting, documentation, functional specifications, and test plans.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as an SAP Event Management Consultant or Specialist.
•Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) and related modules.
•Experience with SAP EM technical skills including RFCs, IDOCs, BAPI, and XML.
•Expertise in supply chain visibility, event monitoring, and exception management.
•Excellent collaboration skills to work with business users and technical teams.
