Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead domain reviews and tech strategy by driving monthly tower-centric asset architecture and outcomes reviews.
  • •Partner with engineering leaders to oversee tower asset inventory, categorize assets, and develop solution roadmaps.
  • •Synthesize complex technical data (asset maps, current vs. destination architecture, platform health) into actionable insights for executives.
  • •Use health and productivity dashboards to drive continuous improvement and track tower availability, latency, incidents/MTTR, and velocity.
  • •Centralize risk/impediment tracking and support localized tower operating rhythms, including identifying architectural bottlenecks and reviewing investment allocation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 187,300 - 256,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 9 years of technical program management or project management experience.
  • •At least 3 years of technology strategy experience.
  • •Proven background in technology strategy, IT consulting, or enterprise architecture.
  • •Deep understanding of SaaS operating models, platform development, asset-centric delivery, and cloud-native architectures.
  • •Bachelor’s degree.
