Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage tooling/jig/fixture, mold, and die development from testing and validation through readiness for mass production.
  • •Lead transfer, installation, setup, testing, and qualification of plastic injection molds and stamping dies, ensuring complete technical package handover to mass production.
  • •Ensure readiness and alignment with production schedules by standardizing and optimizing tooling designs for scalability, repeatability, and maintainability.
  • •Lead alternative process development and scalability, including validation, pilot runs, industrialization, and end-to-end stamping technique development through implementation.
  • •Drive machine-performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma to reduce downtime, improve efficiency (e.g., MTTR/MTBF/OEE), and optimize productivity and cost performance.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of experience in Production Engineering with strong technical expertise; 5+ years in jewelry manufacturing is preferred.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or technical leadership role.
  • •At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Mold and Die Development.
  • •Ability to implement technical solutions for automation machinery, molds, and dies.
  • •Strong knowledge of CNC, EDM, WEDM, and other mechanical workshop machinery, including automation experience (mechanical and electrical machine design).
