Job Summary

Lead and develop Field Service Specialists across territories to drive operational excellence for Lifecycle Solutions & Services and Honeywell Process Solutions. Oversee workforce planning, delivery coordination, and HSE/compliance, ensuring quality service delivery, strong customer engagement, and growth across all service delivery modes while aligning with Honeywell AMS GDM.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop trust with key customer contacts and plan/schedule labour resources to meet contract entitlements
•Directly contact customers to schedule FSS contract or SPOT activities to ensure availability
•Ensure HSE compliance and documentation for customer sites prior to site visits, and monitor safety/environmental regulations
•Drive workforce planning, resource optimization, and competency development across territories
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners (GES/COEs) to achieve business objectives and ensure quality

Key Requirements

•Experience leading field service teams and managing field service staff (FSS) in a regulated industrial environment
•Strong ability to plan and schedule labor resources to meet contract entitlements and customer needs
•Proven track record in workforce planning, delivery coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
•Solid knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements and compliance, with a focus on quality standards
•Ability to identify skills gaps, drive training, and develop competencies for future needs
