•Set up and deploy the year’s KCP and related secondary retail marketing takeaways across key store points.
•Develop and produce in-store visibility (vitrines, animation boutiques, Beauty hub, services) in collaboration with Europe and the France category.
•Manage operational deployment of event-facing facades and related logistics.
•Plan and run event projects (festivals, pop-ups, local and national events), coordinating internal and external stakeholders and communicating to the network.
•Coordinate store openings (inauguration devices and animation kits) using 360° collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and agencies.

Key Requirements

•Bac+5 education in Marketing.
•At least 2 years of experience managing projects, ideally in events and/or retail.
•Strong organization, rigor, and autonomy.
•Creativity and strong attention to detail.
•Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams (and prioritize/manage time in a fast-changing environment).
