Job Summary

Own day-to-day HR operations across Mexico and South America, supporting the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. Partner with the Regional Human Resources Manager to administer compensation & benefits, handle employee data in the HRIS, assist with payroll-related activities (tax filing, retirement administration, leave), and generate HR reports. You’ll also respond to HR inquiries, manage the employee bonus referral program, and help shape the Employee Experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support HR operations for Mexico and South America, executing regional processes aligned with global initiatives.
•Manage HR administration including compensation & benefits, onboarding/offboarding, staff movement, and employee engagement.
•Support payroll-related activities such as tax filing, retirement fund administration, and leave administration.
•Maintain accurate employee records in the company HRIS system and validate data in accordance with policies and procedures.
•Generate and analyze HR reports, respond to HR inquiries, and process the Employee Bonus Referral Program.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Fluent in English and Spanish.
•Minimum 3 years of human resources experience.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to switch tasks while handling changing priorities.
•Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
•Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
