Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify high-value AI use cases, assess solution feasibility, and prototype innovative ideas into successful pilot projects.
  • •Develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models (including LLMs such as GPT-4) and optimize prompt strategies for reliability and performance.
  • •Translate business needs from stakeholders into actionable AI solutions and prototype, test, and iterate AI applications quickly in Python.
  • •Integrate AI solutions securely with enterprise platforms and systems via API development, ensuring secure, scalable integrations.

  • •Advanced expertise in developing, fine-tuning, and optimizing large and small language models (LLMs/SLMs) using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • •Proven prompt engineering and optimization experience to improve AI accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • •Experience building secure API integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM/ERP/HRIS) and delivering scalable, high-availability solutions.
  • •Strong knowledge of data pipelines and handling structured/unstructured data, including vector databases and semantic search, plus security/compliance practices for regulated environments.
