Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage adoption for a significant-size customer portfolio across complex, multi-product and multi-technology deployments; use AI tools to predict challenges and optimize strategy.
  • •Own TAP creation and execution, coordinating internal teams and partners to ensure activities are timely, relevant, and measurable.
  • •Design and deliver broad, sophisticated enablement initiatives (including 1:many Expert Insight-style sessions) tailored to customer maturity, priorities, and technology stack.
  • •Use intermediate demo environments and analyze customer business challenges to recommend solutions, validating integrations and edge cases before rollout.
  • •Identify adoption gaps using telemetry and usage data, proactively engage customers to address them, and consolidate field insights to influence product enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s plus 7 years of related experience, or Master’s plus 4 years, or PhD plus 1 year, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Professional level (e.g., CCNP) or equivalent relevant certification expected.
  • •Ability to manage adoption for a significant-size customer portfolio involving complex, multi-product and multi-technology deployments.
  • •Experience designing and delivering enablement initiatives across large audiences and multiple architectures tailored to customer maturity and priorities.
  • •Ability to use telemetry/usage data and AI tools to predict adoption challenges and optimize adoption strategy.
