Underwrite and perform financial analysis for PLAC risks within the Wholesale PLAC broker channel, supporting new and renewal business. Partner with wholesale brokers in a market-facing production role while administering underwriting rules, guidelines, insurance laws and rating manuals. Operate within complex authorities, manage a portfolio and pipeline of accounts, and collaborate across Zurich stakeholders and lines of business to drive cross-selling and portfolio management.

•Manage a portfolio of accounts, develop a business pipeline, and collaborate on cross-selling across Zurich stakeholders and lines of business.

Key Requirements

•5+ years underwriting or market-facing experience (or accounting/banking/risk management) OR 10+ years claims or underwriting support experience.
•Experience with underwriting/claims work tied to new and renewal quote time restraints.
•Knowledge of underwriting rules and guidelines, insurance laws and regulations, and rating manual rules.
•Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office.
•Experience working in a team environment.
