Job Summary

Own end-to-end supply chain systems projects for the digital and process ecosystem, partnering with Supply Chain (procurement, purchasing, planning, program management) and technical teams. Drive system implementation plans that improve sourcing, procurement, inventory, and payment efficiency with scale and resiliency. Build dashboards and analytics for KPIs, translate operational needs into system requirements/specifications, and support implementations, upgrades, migrations, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Own supply chain systems projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation and user adoption.
•Develop and execute system implementation plans to improve efficiencies across end-to-end supply chain processes (sourcing, procurement, inventory, planning, payment) with scale and resiliency.
•Bridge supply chain operations and technical teams by translating business requirements into system specifications and validating solutions solve the intended problems.
•Work within supply chain technology stack (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, PLM) and use data to analyze bottlenecks and identify insights for operational improvement.
•Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools for KPIs (on-time delivery, inventory turns, supplier performance, lead times) and support implementations, upgrades, and migrations including UAT and change management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
•2+ years of experience in supply chain systems/business systems analysis, ERP/MRP administration, management consulting, or related operations/technology roles, with hands-on experience in supply chain platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Coupa).
•Strong project management skills, with a proven record of delivering difficult projects amid changing stakeholders, deadlines, and milestones.
•Strong analytical aptitude to execute analyses quickly in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
•Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
