Key Responsibilities

  • •Own timely, predictable end-to-end delivery integrity across the product portfolio, including early escalation when plans and commitments diverge.
  • •Build the Technical Program Management function for R&D from scratch, run the highest-exposure programs hands-on, and hire 1–2 TPMs within a year.
  • •Run execution-review cadence for the product org, keeping initiative status current, launch readiness aligned to commercial needs, and blocker escalation paths with SLAs.
  • •Build delivery trust between product and regulatory/compliance/legal/finance/audit partners via regulatory review pipelines, remediation program execution, and commitment tracking.
  • •Maintain a single source of truth for portfolio dependency and capacity integrity, surfacing staffing gaps and contradictions before quarter-end misses.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in technical program management, with experience leading TPM teams or functions, ideally including founding one.
  • •Delivery leadership in a regulated financial environment with exposure to examiner deadlines and audit/control remediation (e.g., SOX-adjacent).
  • •Technically credible with platform engineering—able to pressure-test estimates and sequence work with senior engineers.
  • •Experience with at least one of M&A integration, legal-entity restructuring, or large multi-party partner migrations.
