Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate MEP systems for industrial construction and data center projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and Mexican regulatory requirements.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary project teams, maintaining high standards for execution and delivery with clear accountability and ownership.
  • •Verify compliance of electromechanical and special systems with project specifications, applicable codes, and Mexican standards.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional experience in construction project management.
  • •5+ years as the responsible project lead coordinating MEP system design and construction for industrial, manufacturing, or data center projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems, including commissioning complex MEP systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of Mexican regulatory requirements, codes, and compliance standards.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
