Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare third-party label reporting, statements, and supporting schedules in line with contractual agreements
  • •Monitor reporting and filing deadlines and ensure submissions meet agreement requirements
  • •Prepare journal entries, recurring billing and allocation schedules, and support month-end close activities
  • •Perform monthly account reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve outstanding reconciling items
  • •Prepare and submit indirect tax filings and related supporting reconciliations and corporate tax reporting schedules

Salary: CAD 56,000 - 60,000

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, or financial analysis
  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business administration, or a related field
  • •CPA designation or active progress toward CPA (or active pursuit of ACCA/ACA/CA/CMA or equivalent is an asset)
  • •Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large volumes of financial data
  • •Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an asset
