Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and execute the enterprise social media vision, strategy, operating model, and roadmap as Center of Excellence leader.
  • •Lead strategy and execution across a connected social ecosystem (organic, full-funnel paid, advocacy programs, community management, and crisis support).
  • •Oversee enterprise paid and organic social excellence across major platforms and align paid/owned/earned/shared strategies.
  • •Run social listening, monitoring, and intelligence programs that turn social conversations into executive-level recommendations.
  • •Build measurement and analytics frameworks (KPIs, executive dashboards, ROI) and lead governance, risk, compliance, and team development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent education/training).

  • •Track record contributing to marketing strategy development to solve complex operational problems.
  • •Budget management experience and the ability to lead large, high-risk-complexity projects.
