Job Summary

Coordinate daily production activities for the OKOK Oklahoma City plant, driving productivity, efficiency, safety, and product quality on your assigned shift. Supervise up to 50 hourly associates and oversee mold techs, team leaders, and machine operators. Train and evaluate new associates, track work orders, manage attendance and performance records, and handle corrective actions and disciplinary steps in coordination with HR and department managers.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate daily production activities to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency while developing a team environment.
•Follow safety procedures, ensure a safe work environment through proper training, and control production processes to maintain product quality.
•Direct shift personnel and track and direct manufacturing activities as needed for work orders.
•Train new associates, complete 30-60-90-day probationary evaluations, and recommend discharge or retention.
•Manage attendance and performance records, issue corrective actions and disciplinary notifications, and approve or deny vacation requests for the shift.

Key Requirements

•Ability to read labels, print specifications, and computer screens, and hear equipment alerts in a moderately noisy environment.
