Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate daily production activities to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency while developing a team environment.
  • •Follow safety procedures, ensure a safe work environment through proper training, and control production processes to maintain product quality.
  • •Direct shift personnel and track and direct manufacturing activities as needed for work orders.
  • •Train new associates, complete 30-60-90-day probationary evaluations, and recommend discharge or retention.
  • •Manage attendance and performance records, issue corrective actions and disciplinary notifications, and approve or deny vacation requests for the shift.

Key Requirements

  • •High school education; some college or equivalent work experience is preferred.

  • •Ability to read labels, print specifications, and computer screens, and hear equipment alerts in a moderately noisy environment.
