Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the operational lifecycle of partner integrations, including contracts/SOWs, SLAs, payments, renewals, and delivery coordination.
  • •Manage partner environments and tooling access.
  • •Run development cadences with weekly check-ins, milestone tracking, blocker resolution, and coordinate QA and acceptance against deliverables.
  • •Scope and lead internal technical projects for AI-first workflows and improve connections across the internal tool stack.
  • •Triage post-launch issues and manage ongoing maintenance relationships with partners while ensuring launch readiness and go-to-market handoff.

Key Requirements
