Incident Response Engineer-Facility Operations Center

Coordinate incident response and operational reporting across NVIDIA datacenters as part of the Facility Operations Center team. Develop reliability standards and health-score programs, run reliability studies, and use failure data to predict future outages with support from ML/AI teams. Own end-to-end incident metrics, lead root-cause analysis, drive process improvements and automation, and coordinate disaster recovery tests, audits, and risk assessments to support continuity and compliance.
