Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, implement, organize, and maintain the facility’s OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) and EPA Risk Management Programs (RMP) per Tyson EHS requirements.
  • •Track compliance audit status, mechanical integrity, hazard analyses, incident investigations, and related EHS action items; provide regular updates to facility management and Tyson EHS.
  • •Initiate and lead monthly PSM committee meetings and maintain the PSM bulletin board for meeting minutes and communication.
  • •Conduct incident investigations and collect, maintain, and organize information for the 14 elements of the Tyson PSM and RMP programs.
  • •Support refrigeration management with budgeting for PSM-covered processes and assist with development and implementation of PSM-related training.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required; vocational school or other coursework beyond high school preferred.
  • •Experience with spreadsheets and ability to learn basic software usage.

  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
