Key Responsibilities

  • •Garantizar el cumplimiento de los SLA del CAU y del Data Center.
  • •Gestionar incidencias de hardware y coordinar intervenciones técnicas en el CPD.
  • •Administrar copias de seguridad, entornos virtualizados y operaciones asociadas.
  • •Supervisar, coordinar y apoyar a los técnicos de mantenimiento y CAU.
  • •Elaborar informes, análisis de resultados y definición de KPI.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 5 years in the ICT sector.
  • •Experience with Linux systems and open source applications.
  • •Experience in hardware maintenance, cabling, console management and CPD interventions.
  • •Experience in managing and supervising CAU and CPDs.
