Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; order parts; and diagnose equipment issues using real-time data.
  • •Perform safe maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer-owned equipment and tools.
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic paperwork/documentation for work performed on a daily basis.
  • •Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably and practice safe job practices for repairing equipment.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and travel to customer job sites when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools, plus extensive construction equipment knowledge including schematics and diagrams.
  • •Strong customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma (trade school certificate preferred) and preferred experience in field service, maintenance, and repair.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform required physical tasks.
