Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with regional Sales leadership, Finance leaders, state teams, and distributor partners to provide insights and recommendations supporting performance.
  • •Own regional P&L planning and performance management, including budgets, forecasts, period-end closing, accruals, and variance/risk analysis.
  • •Prepare and present business performance reviews to leadership and distributor partners, translating results into clear actions.
  • •Develop ad-hoc financial and scenario analyses, including post-event and ROI analysis, to support decision-making.
  • •Lead pricing analysis and execution, including assessing competitive activity, price elasticity, promotions, and marketplace dynamics; monitor pricing compliance and recommend adjustments.

Salary: USD 114,000 - 142,450 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • •5+ years of experience in Finance, Business Planning, Pricing, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Analytics.
  • •Strong financial acumen managing/supporting P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • •Strong business partnering/influencing skills across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Operations, and other teams.
  • •Advanced analytical capabilities with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools.
