Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project QA/QC Manager or Sr. QA/QC Engineer in implementing the quality management system on site per approved Project Quality Plan and IMS procedures.
  • •Prepare and submit Work Inspection Requests (WIR) and review inspection/test reports to update the Quality Manager and site team on status.
  • •Establish and monitor control of QA/QC plans, method of statements, and test plans before and during the project to meet quality requirements and client expectations.
  • •Ensure document control procedures are implemented so approved consultant documents are distributed through the document control system.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in line with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years relevant QA/QC experience in construction.
  • •Knowledge of quality systems and standards such as ISO 9001, QCS, SMACNA, ASHRAE, and NFPA.
  • •In-depth understanding of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS), and the ability to apply quality procedures at site.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Professional degree with UPDA Engineer Registration (MMUP) or Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001) or ASQC certification (CQM/CQE), plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or Civil Engineering.
