Key Responsibilities

  • •Define how AI security controls integrate into customer-facing products in partnership with Product Security and Engineering leadership.
  • •Build, deploy, and operationalize in-house AI/ML models, guardrails, tooling, and automations, including monitoring for drift and evaluating performance.
  • •Lead AI red-teaming and adversarial testing, including jailbreaking, prompt injection, evasion, and poisoning testing.
  • •Perform security reviews of major AI product initiatives end-to-end, providing architectural sign-off and escalation guidance for high-risk decisions.
  • •Own the AI Security strategy and multi-year roadmap, including threat modeling across the AI lifecycle and leading an AI risk & governance framework.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 4–5 years focused on AI/ML security, adversarial machine learning, or security data science in production cloud or technology environments.
  • •Track record of defining and driving AI or security programs at an organizational level, owning a strategy rather than only executing within it.
  • •Practitioner-level knowledge of adversarial ML attacks and defenses including evasion, poisoning, model extraction, membership inference, and prompt injection.
  • •Strong programming skills in Python and Go with experience building security tooling and automation, including adversarial testing and guardrails.
  • •Fluency in OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act; bachelor’s or master’s in CS, InfoSec, Math, or related field (or equivalent experience).
