Job Summary

Lead end-to-end implementation of a solution for client and internal teams within the OCP Programme. Own the full project lifecycle—from initiation and design through execution, closure—and orchestrate multiple cross-functional resources for a new technical solution rollout. Manage project planning, reporting, governance, stakeholder communication mechanisms, and document controls, while tracking scope, time, and budget changes and coordinating delivery streams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership and manage project implementation throughout the full lifecycle.
•Coordinate work with Hogarth Worldwide internal teams, clients, and third-party products.
•Define, plan, manage, report, and communicate project activity and governance.
•Manage client relationships and oversee client-assigned consulting firms.
•Track and report progress, exceptions, and scope/time/budget changes; map and manage dependencies and delivery stream alignment.

Key Requirements

•Project management experience implementing software solutions.
•Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or other).
•Strong experience delivering transformation and change/implementation programs with SaaS products.
•Ability to manage multiple interlinked/overlapping projects aligned with business requirements.
•Business analysis skills and strong client-facing capability managing internal and external expectations.
