Key Responsibilities

•Partner with attorneys, legal/compliance professionals, and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and reduce cycle times while minimizing risk.
•Translate legal and business requirements into practical, repeatable technology solutions.
•Design, configure, and implement AI-powered and automated solutions across legal and compliance workflows, including building AI agents for core use cases.
•Lead programmatic rollout of technology solutions with readiness assessments, phased deployment plans, and post-launch reviews.
•Develop training programs and guides, pilot emerging tools, and contribute to AI governance and performance metric tracking.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; Juris Doctor (JD) strongly preferred.
•Minimum of 2+ years of combined experience in legal technology, legal operations, process automation, or a related discipline.
•Experience implementing and configuring legal technology platforms (e.g., contract lifecycle management, matter management, document automation, eDiscovery, compliance intake) and designing workflows within existing tools.
•Proficiency in prompt engineering and practical use of generative and agentic AI in legal workflows.
•Proven change management and excellent written/verbal communication to drive adoption among legal professionals across the organization.
