Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver client solutions by referring investment and insurance products and providing customized financial wellness recommendations.
  • •Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and meet client needs with meaningful conversations based on knowledge of private client products.
  • •Build and manage a client referral pipeline using prospecting, developing centers of influence, and documenting calling efforts.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and assist with client transactions, including consumer checking and deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and CDs.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
  • •Experience building current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and ask fact-finding questions with the goal of being helpful (required).
  • •FINRA License S6, FINRA License S63, FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE), and Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Licenses (required).
