  • •Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders.
  • •Ensure every position is filled before startup and oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation.
  • •Ensure machinery performs to the highest standard and all workstations pass USDA inspection.
  • •Oversee processing operations and coordinate with other supervisors to solve problems.
  • •Maintain accurate shipments, inventory rotation/coding, and records of reworked or returned product.
