Key Responsibilities

•Own complex product surfaces that cross pod boundaries, including recommendation surfaces and AI-driven workflows spanning multiple roles
•Set design standards and patterns, documenting rationale and how design and engineering resolve disagreements
•Work directly with customers by observing workflows in hospitals to shape product decisions
•Shape design team growth through hiring, onboarding, and critique culture; define design operating principles
•Set the pace for design systems, including components, tokens, patterns, and the link between Figma and Tailwind codebase

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 300,000 annually
