Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global programs and initiatives to improve fire safety standards and practices globally.
  • •Oversee execution of fire safety initiatives, SOPs, and policies, ensuring compliance with regional and international fire safety regulations.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners, including local fire departments, regulatory bodies, and safety organizations.
  • •Lead and coordinate fire safety incident responses to ensure timely and effective resolution of fire safety issues.
  • •Ensure regular inspections of fire hazards, coordinate audits with internal and external partners, and drive remediations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in EHS, fire safety, or facility management with regional implementation experience and adherence to local regulations.
  • •In-depth knowledge of regional fire safety regulations, standards, and best practices with a proactive compliance and safety preparedness approach.
  • •Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and influence relationships across all organizational levels and external stakeholders.
  • •Proven ability to lead and manage physical safety initiatives, including risk assessments, safety audits, and emergency response protocols.
  • •Experience managing and responding to critical incidents, including coordination with local authorities and stakeholders.
