•Develop scalable acquisition funnels across paid, organic, email, and outbound channels
•Own experimentation across acquisition channels and continuously optimize CAC, conversion, and engagement metrics

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, lead generation, or B2B SaaS marketing
•Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and outbound/inbound acquisition strategies
•Experience scaling pipeline generation in high-growth startup environments
•Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, or similar
•Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking funnel metrics and campaign performance
