Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Design Management Team, supporting team leadership with reviews and business development as required.
  • •Lead Design Management projects across the UK and internationally, coordinating design deliverables, approvals, and workshops/meetings.
  • •Review design management work outputs prior to issue to ensure quality and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • •Manage AECOM financial processes including invoicing, business planning target monitoring, and cash flow projections.
  • •Manage sub-consultants by preparing responsibility matrices, drafting/updating back-to-back contracts, and tracking/reporting sub-consultant invoice progress.
