Key Responsibilities

  • •Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and associated revisions; support contractor compliance with contract requirements.
  • •Conduct site supervision, inspections, and audits to verify conformity with approved drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and contractor quality plans.
  • •Maintain daily records of contractor manpower, equipment, and resources deployed on site and track contractor QA/QC activities, including materials testing and inspection records.
  • •Prepare daily inspection and progress reports for submission to the Resident Engineer (RE) or Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE), including work orders, materials deliveries, and inspection programs.
  • •Promote strict adherence to HSE standards and monitor/verify start-up, testing, commissioning, and handover activities with complete records for closeout.
