Lead quality strategy and governance for the Power and Energy U.S. line, driving audits, continuous improvement, and ISO-aligned processes. Partner with senior leaders and project teams to embed quality into delivery, manage risk, and enhance client confidence through data-driven insights and proactive governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the U.S. Quality Director, Vice President of Quality and Audit, and Business Line leadership to support implementation of enterprise HSEQ priorities and quality initiatives.
•Build strong working relationships with project teams, operations leaders, and Business Line stakeholders to support successful project delivery and quality performance.
•Conduct and support Drop-In Assessments, project reviews, internal audits, and external audit activities, including documentation review, findings management, corrective actions, and trend analysis.
•Support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality procedures, tools, and the Quality Management System, including alignment with ISO 9001 requirements.
•Provide practical guidance and coaching to project teams related to quality planning, review practices, documentation, and implementation of Project Quality Plans.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive experience in engineering, professional services, project delivery, construction, operations, or quality management.
•Experience supporting Power and Energy teams, projects, or operational priorities.
•Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across matrixed organizations and build effective relationships with project teams and leadership.
•Understanding of project delivery risk, quality planning, and operational execution within multidisciplinary environments.
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
