Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce internal DEO training materials including onboarding modules, Atom Engine training curricula, platform training content, workflow guides, and SOPs.
  • •Produce customer-facing training materials such as feature walkthroughs, exercise preparation guides, and enablement videos.
  • •Create deployment-ready materials including slicksheets, quick-start guides, job aids, and visual reference materials.
  • •Ensure customer-facing content is accurate, on-brand, and approved through the appropriate QA and Marketing review process.
  • •Maintain and update the DEO content library, including keeping it organized, versioned, and current as the product evolves.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong video production and editing skills, including experience with tools such as Camtasia or Adobe Premiere.
  • •Strong project management skills to manage multiple content tracks, meet deadlines, and communicate status.
  • •Exceptional written communication skills across formats such as scripts, job aids, quick-start guides, and slide decks.
  • •Experience working with subject matter experts to develop content from raw input into polished deliverables.
  • •Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across teams.
