Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for coalition network engineering and service delivery.
  • •Manage and prioritize coalition network needs and analyze project costs and feasibility.
  • •Develop network requirements specifications from customer requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures.
  • •Guide network development and implementation planning through network engineering management plans and network integration and test plans.
  • •Own long-term planning, including circuit forecasts, traffic studies, and other coalition network performance criteria.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years leading complex coalition network engineering efforts.
  • •10+ years leading coalition enterprise IT service programs, including multinational interoperability, cybersecurity compliance, and mission-critical network support.
  • •Proficiency applying Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs), managing network access controls, and implementing boundary protection.
  • •Extensive hands-on experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting scalable multi-domain network architectures.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and Cisco CCNP Enterprise (or higher), plus CCNP Service Provider and/or CCNP Data Center and an IAT-III baseline certification (SecurityX/CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP).
