Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure optimized test coverage across current and future HIG HBM design architectures and process nodes for high-volume manufacturing.
  • •Develop and validate manufacturing test flows and qualify next-generation HBM products for reliability and market readiness.
  • •Support new product design validation using CAD tools and Verilog simulations, including in-depth circuit analysis.
  • •Improve device/stacked yield and reduce test time by resolving manufacturing test flow issues and promoting technical innovation.
  • •Mentor and develop others while collaborating cross-functionally (Fab, HBM Technology Development, HBM Design, Quality/Reliability) to deliver strategic and tactical objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of semiconductor industry experience with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • •Experience in product engineering is preferred, including developing, validating, characterizing, and qualifying next-generation products.
  • •Strong leadership, problem-solving, and root-cause understanding using in-depth circuit analysis.
  • •Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools plus scripting.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills with a people-leadership and learning mindset.
